Magnetic sweepers - also called magnetic brooms, is incredibly strong and easy to handle. The most important aspect is the cleaning speed, which results in time savings and increased productivity at work.

An effective and safe option for the capture of ferrous waste such as nails, screws, nuts, clamps, chips, filings, spatter and scaling foundries and cutting processes. With the help of the magnetic broom, the operator works safely, without contact with ferrous dirt, avoiding any type of accident and contamination.

It has an efficient magnetic circuit built with ferrite magnets that allow capture at a distance of up to 100 mm and can be used at temperatures up to 200ºC.

Its application is quite wide in several types of industries: machining, stamping, sheet cutting, casting, packaging and many others. Also widely used in yards and corridors of vehicles and forklifts, reducing the possibility that the tire of an equipment or vehicle punctures, significantly avoiding maintenance costs and especially downtime for repairs.

The use of magnetic brooms is quite simple, with high-strength rubber wheels with diameters of 180 mm that allow a smooth movement, just pass it over the particles and metallic components that will be attracted and fixed on its magnetic base. To do the disposal, just pull the handle upwards, which mechanically disarms the magnetic circuit, releasing the collected material, leaving the broom ready to continue its work.
